My name is Mary Beth Auld and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) located in Raleigh, NC. The mission of my private practice is to help women learn how to utilize their creative strengths to find relief from the mental health and physical symptoms that are preventing them from leading a productive life. I think women are innately creative and already have many of their own solutions, but sometimes we
have difficulty gaining access to them because of various mental blocks, a lack of self awareness, or our current coping skills are no longer working. My purpose is to facilitate the release of your solutions so you can find the happiness, relief, and productive life you're seeking.
